GSL Education are seeking a dedicated RE Teacher to work in schools across Sheffield (S5, S9), delivering engaging lessons that promote understanding of different religions and worldviews. As a Religious Education (RE) Teacher, you will create an inclusive learning environment where pupils feel confident to explore ideas, ask questions, and develop respect for diverse perspectives. Main Responsibilities: Plan and deliver meaningful RE lessons across different year groups. Encourage pupils to reflect on moral, social, and cultural topics. Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment. Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback as an RE Teacher. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge and ability to teach confidently. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. An enhanced registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
