Overview
Installations Manager — £45-50k Depending on Experience — Sheffield
This is a busy and responsible role where you will be overseeing and managing the end-to-end installation process of products, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety regulations. You will play a crucial part in delivering high-standard installations while leading and supporting the installation teams to meet business objectives.
Responsibilities
* Daily management of the Installation Coordinators, overseeing all active projects and providing expert technical support to the wider team, resolving all site issues in a timely manner
* Approving and ordering additional products and materials when required
* Communicating with relevant departments within the wider business regarding job statuses
* Managing customer debt, ensuring it is kept to a minimum, completing site visits when required
* Ensuring all projects are adequately controlled, resolving customer complaints and disputes in a timely and professional manner
* Ensuring that subcontractors comply with the Code of Conduct and that installation teams have adequate supplies of uniform and PPE
* Acting as the main point of contact for the designated Building Control company
* Continually striving to identify department efficiencies, adopting and implementing all business processes and procedures and ensuring Health and Safety and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
* Technical expertise within a similar role, covering the installation processes and completing quality fitting works
* Management experience with a confident, personable and resilient personality
* Excellent levels of motivation, adaptability and the ability to resolve issues
* Construction, Health and Safety and CDM knowledge
* Familiarity with MS Office
* Driving licence
* Knowledge of various trades with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complete site inspections
