Identimark is looking for an organised, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to keep our 2026 marketing plan running smoothly.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager, who handles strategy, creative direction, and campaign planning. Your job is to execute: get content published on schedule, coordinate trade show logistics, and keep the marketing engine running.
This role can be based in either Christchurch or Blenheim at our head office – both locations offering a hybrid work arrangement.
Some Of What You'll Be Doing
Content Execution: Publishing LinkedIn posts, creating assets, briefing collateral, sending monthly EDMs, uploading YouTube videos, and updating the website. You’ll maintain the content calendar and liaise with videographers and designers to keep production on track.
Event & Trade Show Coordination: End‑to‑end logistics for trade shows and roadshows: booth bookings, collateral production, lead capture setup, CRM entry post‑event, and follow‑up task scheduling. We attend major industry events across AU and NZ, so there’s variety here.
Marketing Administration: Keeping the asset library current, pulling data for monthly reporting, and maintaining our project management systems.
What We're Looking For
You'll need:
* 1–2+ years in a marketing coordinator, marketing assistant, or similar role
* Solid organisational skills and genuine attention to detail
* Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn content scheduling and an email marketing platform
* Some hands‑on experience coordinating events, trade shows, or conferences
* Ability and willingness to learn new platforms and tools as needed
* The ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
Nice to have:
* B2B or industrial marketing background
* Familiarity with the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector
* YouTube channel and LinkedIn admin experience
* HubSpot CRM experience
* Basic Canva skills
