What You’ll Need:
* 3–5+ years’ experience working within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) environment
* Strong knowledge of financial products and legislation
* Experience with Intelligent Office (preferred but training available)
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement
* Oversee daily operations ensuring quality and compliance across all areas of the business
* Work closely with the directors on executing the firm’s vision and growth strategy
* Provide regular management information and insights to directors
* Lead internal process improvement projects and manage business resources
* Be a proactive voice in client experience feedback, health & safety, and marketing liaison
* Own and implement operational policies and compliance processes
* Ensure the team has what they need—from tech to training—to do their best work
