Company Description:
A globally recognised manufacturer is looking to recruit an experienced Procurement Officer to join their team.
You must have experience of vendor analysis & tendering.
Responsibilities as Procurement Officer:
* Source & select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery capabilities via vendor analysis
* Manage supplier relationships
* Negotiate contracts & pricing
* Create purchase orders
* Manage supplier performance in line with agreed SLA
* Market Research
* Inventory Management
* Tendering
* Documentation & Reporting
* Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding their procurement needs
Requirements as Procurement Officer:
* Experience in a similar role working on your own / in a very small team
* Vendor Data Analysis
* Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
* Presentation skills to present data to senior management
* ERP system knowledge
* Experience with tendering
