The successful candidate will support a small sales team with administrative tasks.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30. Please note, this is not a hybrid role.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Communicating with clients regarding aftersales processes
* Reaching out to active and dormant clients to gather feedback
* Answering client inquiries via phone and email
* Managing relevant paperwork
* Using supply chain software (Nulogy)
* Handling other related inquiries
