Position Overview
We are recruiting for an Events Assistant to join our team at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor. Flexible hours are available with shift patterns from 17:00 to 01:30. The role involves setting up and clearing event spaces for weddings, awards nights, conferences and ensuring every detail meets the expected standard. Coffee point areas must be set, serviced and replenished during the evenings, and the assistant supports event service to create a memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities
* Set up and clear event spaces.
* Attend to coffee point areas during the event, ensuring they meet standards.
* Support event service staff in providing high-quality guest service.
* Assist with creating memorable moments for guests.
Qualifications
* Keen eye for detail and ability to set up to perfection.
* Motivation to deliver high standards of service.
* Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and juggle multiple tasks.
* Confident team player who enjoys working with others and interacting with people.
Experience
Previous experience in a similar role or with events is desirable, but experience is not essential. Full training will be provided.

The estate is located just 3 miles from Windsor, minutes from junction 13 of the M25, 15 minutes from Heathrow, and 3 miles from Egham station with fast connections to London Waterloo and Reading.
