Position
Beauty Consultant for Parfums Christian Dior – Brand ambassador driving fragrance and beauty sales, meeting targets, and delivering personalized luxury service.
Job Responsibilities
Sales
* Be an expert in fragrance, makeup, and skincare, able to present and apply products to inspire and gain new clients.
* Actively sell Parfums Christian Dior products, providing a luxury standard of service and experience.
* Be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
* Actively link and cross‑sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and items per transaction (IPT).
* Achieve set sales targets.
Service
* Be knowledgeable of all Parfums Christian Dior products and propose personalized products to clients.
* Initiate contact with clients and welcome them at the counter and through traffic stopping.
* Develop personal relationships with clients, gaining loyalty, and introduce the DIOR “My Exclusive Loyalty Programme” reward scheme.
* Educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brands rich heritage.
* Deliver expertise in client experience (CX) & NPS feedback scores.
General
* Participate in merchandise management, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines to protect the brands image.
* Monitor stock levels, report issues, and maintain sufficient inventory.
* Adhere to all company procedures and policies outlined in the employee handbook.
* Build and maintain a strong brand database, updating the IPOS tool with client data including sales and client profiles.
* Utilize the customer database on IPOS to build clientele via phone calls, product launch events, and appointments.
* Responsibilities may change based on the companys needs and ongoing projects.
Profile
Previous experience working in a luxury, consultative sales role is required. Experience in beauty and/or fragrance sales is advantageous.
