Education and Training Co-ordinator – Act Fast First Aid
Full-time: 37 hours per week (over 5 days) Part-time also considered

We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Education and Training Co-ordinator to join our team in Beverley. This role is integral to ensuring the efficient planning, coordination, and delivery of our current training programmes and operations. The education and training co-ordinator will also be responsible for the development of new courses across the UK liaising with new schools and businesses playing a vital role in the growth of the business opportunity as an Education and Training Co-ordinator.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead on the development of new training courses.
* Co-ordinate and maintain systems and processes for the current first aid training portfolio.
* Maintain timely and accurate data input using IT systems/Microsoft Excel.
* Assist in achieving departmental key performance indicators.
* Produce data for management information.
* Co-ordinate training and education programmes.
* Arrange and set up training rooms; manage bookings and room diaries across multiple locations.
* Assist with website updates to promote services and supplies.
* Respond to enquiries via telephone and email, providing a high standard of customer service.
* Maintain accurate customer records in line with Awarding Organisation requirements.
* Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
* Manage office supplies and equipment to support training delivery.
* Co-ordinate logistics for training programmes, including venue bookings, material preparation, and participant communication.
* Contribute to the creation of an efficient and well-organised office environment.
* Undertake continuing personal and professional development.
