You will be the HR Lead and manage a sizeable HR Team at the Barnsley site and be supported by a wider HR team that are based across the UK. The Barnsley site is highly thought of and seen as a great place to work as it is lead by a successful and engaged leadership team.
Job Description
1. Managing 6 direct reports
2. Implement HR strategies in line with the company’s objectives.
3. Business partnering with all site operational leads
4. Be the on-site expert in all aspects of HR including L & D, reward, Coms and ER
5. Manage or escalated ER cases
6. Lead key HR projects
7. Play an instrumental role in the design and deployment of activity across the site
8. Ensure a positive work place is maintained
The Successful Applicant
1. Proven experience in a managerial HR role, ideally within manufacturing or logistics.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of HR strategies and best practices.
3. Strong understanding of HR software and databases.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
