We are looking for a Sales Advisor on a 12 hour contract to join the Saltrock family and be part of our next adventure. Saltrock is a British, coastal lifestyle brand inspired by land and sea, with a heritage dating back to 1988. We pride ourselves on holiday, family, spirit and fun, delivering an excellent in-store experience for customers.
Overview
A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energetic team, who are passionate about our product and engaging with customers to deliver an excellent in-store experience.
Responsibilities
* Helping to achieve sales targets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care
* Ensuring customers have a positive experience in-store, making it inviting and welcoming
* Maintaining housekeeping to a high standard to ensure a healthy and safe store
* Providing information about products, including features, benefits and stock availability
* Assisting with markdown/price changes within agreed timescales
* Keeping products tidy and presentable and replenishing as needed
* Supporting merchandising in line with guidelines
* Processing deliveries
* Keyholder responsibilities

* Competence in till operations and cash/card handling
* Retail experience is desirable but not essential

* Rest and relaxation are important; 33 days holiday per year (inc. bank holidays), pro-rata for part-time staff; after 5 years, an additional 2 days
