Role Overview
A leading regional law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Planning Solicitor to join their growing team. The firm offers a supportive and collaborative environment with hybrid working arrangements.
Responsibilities
* Handle a varied caseload of planning‑related matters including advising clients in the private and public sectors.
* Cover the full range of planning work: strategic planning advice, planning applications/agreements and obligations, appeals/inquiries and enforcement.
Candidate Profile
* 1-6 years PQE in planning law gained within a reputable practice renowned for planning offerings.
* Confident and detail‑focused planning lawyer with excellent commercial acumen.
* Strong communication skills, including drafting ability.
* Driven to further develop a career within planning, with the ability to work on behalf of an impressive client list and handle high‑quality work.
