Disputes/Commercial Disputes & Claims (Liability Claims Defence Team) – Edinburgh/Glasgow (Assignment 17444)
1. Manage own caseload of defender personal injury claims (motor, EL/PL, industrial disease, clinical negligence, fatal accidents).
2. Advise insurers, public bodies, and businesses on claims ranging from low-value to complex, high-value disputes.
3. 2–5 years’ PQE with experience in liability defence, strong drafting/case management, and ability to work independently and in teams.
Personal Injury Solicitor – Fife (Assignment 17353)
4. Handle a varied caseload of personal injury matters, including workplace incidents, road accidents, and fatal claims.
5. 1–4 years’ PQE, with litigation experience or a desire to transition from another area (e.g., commercial litigation).
6. Full-time, permanent role with flexible hybrid working in a respected, growing PI team.
Solicitor, Insurance/Litigation – Glasgow / Hybrid (Assignment 16432)
7. Join a specialist insurance litigation practice managing a high-volume caseload, including credit hire claims.
8. Open to NQ–6 years’ PQE with civil litigation, drafting, and court experience.

Solicitor/Senior Solicitor, Large Loss/Motor – Glasgow/Hybrid (Assignment 17683)
10. Work with a partner on large-loss and catastrophic injury cases; manage own litigated motor claims.
11. Responsibilities include assessing liability/quantum, instructing experts, drafting, and supporting business development.
12. 2–5 years’ PQE preferred, strong litigation and organisational skills; hybrid role with 1 day in office.

13. Manage pre-litigation and litigated PI claims, including serious road traffic and workplace incidents.
14. Minimum 4 years’ PQE with strong drafting, communication, and case management system skills.
