Perm Contract 37.5hrs a week Monday - Friday

The Be Group are insurance replacement specialists, acting on behalf of national insurance companies to resolve claims on damaged or lost products.
We currently have vacancies for Claims Specialists to join our team. Within our contact centre, Claims Specialists undertake a variety of tasks; from explaining the insurance claims process to our customers, through to offering replacement items and arranging deliveries.
As a Claims Specialist you will take ownership of the customer experience delivering a first class service, while ensuring the claim is settled in line with our Client's requirements and the customer's insurance policy.
Candidates must...
* Have experience within a Sales or Customer Service role
* Have a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
* Have clear, professional and friendly communication skills
* Have excellent interpersonal skills
* Have the ability to work to deadlines and achieve results under pressure
* Understand the importance of teamwork
* Show flexibility and problem solving skills
* Be computer literate, knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
