We are looking for an experienced Business Administrator to work out of our bus manufacturing facility in Dukinfield.
As a Business Administrator, you will be a customer focused individual who will pride yourself on giving outstanding levels of service to our customers and supporting the core functions of the business.

Your Responsibilities:
* Provide production updates to customers
* Keying Sales Orders into SAP
* Distribution of document packs to customers
* Procurement activities, Purchase requests & Goods receipt postings
* Stock control & stock counts
* Logistics & creation of commercial invoices
* Scanning of completed route cards & goods receipt notes, file as appropriate within SAP
* Provide support to loading bay team
Your Profile:
Essential skills:
* You will have had exposure to roles in Customer Service, where support and interaction was provided to customers to deliver products and services.
* Strong Communication skills with the ability to influence and reassure customers.
* An appreciation of engineering/manufacturing terminology.
* Ideally you will have worked within engineering/manufacturing sector.
