We are looking to recruit a Contracts Manager to join us in the East Midlands region who will play a key role in managing all aspects of projects from early involvement to beyond completion, including responsibility for safety, construction delivery, quality and financial performance
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Management and support of staff from all disciplines to build a strong, customer focused and highly effective team ensuring members are fully trained and utilised
2. Motivate and lead the relevant site teams in line with Company ethos and targets
3. To be the prime driver for planning, procuring, managing and controlling all necessary project resource.
4. Ensure quality of sites and developments, in line with customer expectations and changing market demands
REQUIREMENTS:
5. Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within housebuilding
6. A natural leader, with self-confidence, drive, and an ability and willingness to empower and develop team members at all levels.
7. High level of determination and self-discipline to achieve Best in Class build products and customer satisfaction
8. Can very quickly assimilate information to formulate decisions.
