Due to growing demand we are in search of a Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site Maintenance team. This is a permanent role and will report to the Maintenance Manager.
Job purpose:
* Will be responsible for the maintenance of the factory facilities as well as all the equipment, machines, molds, and other peripherals.
* Preventive and corrective maintenance.
The person:
* Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in Manufacturing / Production
* Electrical bias 70:30
* Mechanically bias with Hydraulic and Pneumatic systems experience
* Experience with heater systems
* Experience with safety systems
* Single phase and 3 phase supply experience.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of plastic injection molds and injection process
* Knowledge of large tonnage injection machines and peripherals, dosing, water cooling, robots, product customization machines, etc.
* Higher Industrial Grade (Electrical, Mechanical)

* Starting basic salary from £44k
* Monday to Friday; 8 hour shifts (days, lates and nights rotations)
* 33% shift allowance for night shifts
* On-call weekend availability one weekend in every four (£51.5 per hour worked)
