Lead Generator. Location: London Bridge, Southwark. Type: Full-time | Office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.

The Role

As a Lead Generator, you will play a key role in identifying and creating new business opportunities for our sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build a successful career in sales and business development. Working within our Business Development team, you will engage with senior decision-makers across a wide range of organisations, qualifying opportunities and generating high-quality leads for our sales team. This is a fast‑paced, target‑driven role where resilience, determination and a positive attitude are essential. For the right person, this role offers outstanding earning potential and genuine opportunities for career progression within a highly successful business.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Conduct outbound telephone calls to prospective clients
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities for the sales team
  • Profile and research over 3,000 businesses per year
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers across a variety of sectors
  • Generate a minimum of 15 qualified leads per week
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity within company systems
  • Achieve daily activity targets, including calls, conversations and talk time
  • Work closely with Business Development and Sales teams to support growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2:1 degree or above in any business‑related discipline
  • Up to 12 months' commercial work experience, sales experience advantageous but not essential
  • Articulate, confident and professional telephone manner
  • Resilient, tenacious and comfortable speaking with new people every day
  • Highly ambitious with a strong desire to build a successful sales career
  • Quick learner with strong commercial awareness
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently
  • Results‑driven with a strong work ethic and determination to succeed
  • Positive team player with excellent communication skills
  • Previous telesales, customer service, recruitment or business development experience desirable
