Responsibilities
* Work closely with fee earners to ensure they have up-to-date, high-quality resources for exceptional service.
* Create and maintain know-how, templates, and precedents for complex commercial contracts and IT and technology matters.
* Assist with training and knowledge sharing across the commercial team.
* Support large-scale, national, and cross-border projects.
* Review, develop, and maintain the team's systems and processes for consistency and efficiency.
* Provide input on legal developments and market trends to keep the team at the forefront of their practice areas.
Skills and Qualifications
* Solicitors with 5+ years PQE in commercial contracts, IT, or technology law.
* Proven expertise in complex contracts and/or IT and tech sectors.
* Passion for knowledge sharing, legal innovation, and developing internal systems.
* Strong communication skills and effective engagement with fee earners and team members.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Collaborative and approachable manner with a drive to add value.
