You'll be joining our buzzing Revenue Operations Team as Sales Operations Co-Ordinator/Analyst. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you'll be a part of a fast-growing business that is challenging the market and doing things differently. You'll be someone who is able to jump straight into the daily sales operation's activities, helping the business reach its revenue goals by providing cross-functional coordination, deal desk support, and operational enablement, ensuring pricing accuracy, documentation readiness, and smooth progression of deals.
You will maintain the CRM system to ensure data accuracy, supporting Account Executives with Salesforce data completion, managing opportunity updates, and ensuring all deal documentation and approvals are in place for successful closure. You will work closely with the Sales Operations Executive to support strategic planning, sales forecasting, and deal desk operations, contributing to pricing reviews, contract support, and the development of dashboards and reports that drive process improvements and sales strategy.
Detailed Responsibilities
* Act as a central liaison between Sales, Due Diligence, Legal, Product, and Customer Operations teams to ensure seamless deal progression.
* Review and issue supporting documentation including contracts, side letters, and warranty letters to assist the Sales team.
* Deliver training sessions across all relevant sales operations processes and tools.
* Assist Account Executives in deal progression through Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
* Oversee deal closure in Salesforce, ensuring all documentation and communications are properly reviewed and recorded.
* Educate and guide the Sales team on the full onboarding process, covering all stages and requirements.
* Respond to ad hoc Salesforce administrative requests, including updates to Opportunity and Account ownership.
Requirements
* Some experience in, or supporting Sales Operations and/or Deal Desk
* Outstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Proficiency in Salesforce and business intelligence tools
* A good understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
* Excellent project management skills and a deadline focused approach
* Naturally passionate and curious about sales effectiveness and operations
* A data-driven individual, with strong critical thinking, and ability to derive enablement insights from complex sets of sales data
* Technologically-savvy with a growth mindset
* Collaborative and the ability to manage, actively engage key stakeholders across the revenue team and the business
