18000 patients 8partners, 2 salaried doctors, 1 retainer
Purpose-built practicebuilding located in the centre of Wimborne
Training practice -3 registrars and a medical student currently in post
Highly skilled nursingteam including chronic disease nurses specialising in cardiac, respiratorydisease and diabetes based at our nurse-led clinic at our other surgery
District nurses on site
In-house frailty team
Designated prescribingteam resulting in low levels of prescribing administration
Access to wider PCN teamincluding paramedics ie low GP visits, MSK practitioners, social prescribers,mental health worker and community pharmacists
Large friendlyadministrative team

Personal list system ofcare
Interest in schoolsmedicine with practice providing medical cover

The appointment templateswill mirror that of the 10 Practice GPs and can include face to face as well asremote consultations. The system used is SystmOne.
