About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified Independent Prescriber (Pharmacist or Physiotherapist) to join a progressive healthcare provider near Sheffield. You will utilise your prescribing skills to enhance patient care and improve access to treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct patient consultations and assessments.
* Prescribe medications or treatments within your scope of practice.
* Monitor and review patient response to treatment.
* Maintain accurate patient records.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
* Registered with the relevant regulatory body (GPhC or HCPC).
* Independent Prescribing qualification.
* Experience in a relevant clinical setting.
* Strong clinical decision-making skills.
