Hours of work are a rotating double day shift / Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
* To fully comply with Company Health & Safety, Hygiene & Environmental regulations.
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all production processes.
* Monitor and control the production process to meet output targets.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
* Work collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience of working in a high volume manufacturing environment.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
* Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
* Experience of running multi point gluing machines would be advantageous.
