What you will be doing:
1. Managing key account customers in relation to invoicing and debt collection
2. Ensuring client billing and reporting is done to agreed deadlines and schedules.
3. Reconciliation of financial data of key accounts
4. Working with business stakeholders to respond to client queries.
5. Working to improve processes across multiple SSCL teams.
What you’ll bring:
6. Understanding of ERP systems, accounting policies, measurement rules, and business controls
7. Analytical capability, adherence to deadlines, process discipline, and IT skills
8. Strong experience on Microsoft excel.
9. Ability to manage workload under tight deadlines and prioritise accordingly.
It would be great if you had:
10. Experience and understanding of BPO services and public sector.
11. Positive / can do attitude.
12. Ability to interact with clients on various topics on a day-to-day basis
