About The Role:

Days of Working:Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - 9am - 5pm

OCS provides integrated facilities management services to a high profile key client, GPA across England and Wales.

Job Purpose:

The ESG and Service Excellence Manager is a pivotal role within the OCS Public Sector GPA FM contract, responsible for driving continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and embedding sustainability best practises across all operational activities. The role ensures that OCS not only meets contractual obligations, it also delivers added value to the client, aligning with OCS’s commitment to quality, innovation, social and environmental responsibility.

This role will be based at one of our offices, however travel to other locations will be required. Working flexibly to meet business requirements, Monday – Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, 40 hours per week. BPSS security clearance is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement a sustainability strategy aligned with OCS and client joint objectives for the account.
* Identify, evaluate and deliver sustainability initiatives across all areas of the account.
* Lead and manage a programme of continuous improvement across the FM account.
* Develop and implement service excellence frameworks and tools in line with OCS and client objectives.
* Create, implement and manage a comprehensive Sustainability and Social Values Plan that aligns with the agreed priorities.
* Monitor and report social value performance in accordance with recognised frameworks, specifically TOMs / Social Value Portal.
* Analyse and review all sources of sustainability and social value data, presenting trends, issues, and risks, and highlighting opportunities for improvement of stakeholder satisfaction through dashboards and reports.
* Act as the key point of contact for all matters relating to sustainability, social value, and service excellence.
* Facilitate workshops, presentations, and engagement sessions with stakeholders to showcase performance and develop joint initiatives.
* Promote employee awareness and engagement in sustainability through training, events and communications.
* Produce comprehensive monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, against sustainability metrics and social values outcomes.
* Collate good news stories from the contract and work with the Account Director and Marketing to publish
* Attend and engage in management workshops/meetings which may be held across the HMLR sites and will therefore involve some travel.

Essential Requirements:

* Degree or equivalent in ESG related field.
* Strong knowledge of sustainability strategy & principles and social value TOMs/SV Portal.
* Demonstratable experience in delivering service transformation or innovation projects.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a multi-stakeholder environment todeliver results timely.
* Exceptional Microsoft Office application knowledge and experience.
* Must be able to work within a highly confidential environment.
* Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across sites.
* A flexible approach and a positive attitude to innovation and change.
* Commitment to the ongoing success of the business.

Desirable Requirements:

* Membership of relevant professional bodies ( IWFM, BIFM, IEMA, CIWM, Social Value UK)
* Project Management qualification
* Experience in facilities management, preferably public sector contracts.
