We are hiring on behalf of a Driffield SEMH/SEND school. You will provide hands‑on classroom support for pupils with SEMH and SEND needs, assisting teachers and delivering targeted interventions.
Responsibilities
* Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups.
* Assist with lessons, therapy, and interventions.
* Implement positive behaviour support strategies.
* Encourage independence and engagement.
* Record observations and feedback for teaching staff.
