Description
As the Creative Manager, you will lead and inspire a team of talented creatives, to produce industry leading brand led communications throughout the business. This can include digital and printed POS and packaging, online and social media graphics, corporate presentations and videos.
A key part of the role will be to operate with a commercial focus, managing your team's output and priorities and responding to time sensitive business opportunities without sacrificing quality of output. You will inspire your team and ensure they personally develop their creative, prioritisation, time management and organisational skills.
Experience
To be considered for the role of Creative Manager, you must demonstrate you have adequate experience as a graphic designer and ideally some line management experience too.
You'll be highly proficient across all adobe suite packages as well as having an understanding of cutter guides and packaging creation and a high level of proficiency in photography and videography (including editing and processing).
Able to lead from the front, you'll be a hands on creative manager, able to show in your portfolio, work that spans branded campaigns and is focused on product and not service. Great use of typography, layout and colour with an eye for design as well as the conceptual side to creative.
You'll be able to demonstrate a commercial mindset and show you design for purpose, with strong prioritisation and organisational experience. Able to lead a busy studio, whilst still design yourself.
Remuneration
