Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Receptionist Administrator to join their professional support team. Key Responsibilities
* Welcome visitors and provide a professional front‑of‑house experience
* Answer incoming telephone calls, manage enquiries, and direct messages appropriately
* Scan, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail
* Prepare letters, documentation, and correspondence for clients
* Maintain visitor logs, meeting room bookings, and boardroom diaries
* Update client information and prepare fee notes using Practice Management Software
* Support the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office, including stationery and kitchen supplies
* Liaise with suppliers regarding office facilities and maintenance requirements
* Carry out general administrative support duties across the wider team
* Assist with Fire Marshal responsibilities where required
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Previous experience within a busy office or professional services environment
* Minimum of 4 National 5 qualifications (or equivalent), including English at Grade C or above
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office systems
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Professional, approachable, and client‑focused attitude
* High attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
