Ideal Employment Limited are currently recruiting for a full time Regional Contract Manager for one of our facilicites management companies in and around the Midlands. As a Regional Contract Manager, you will enhance the customer experience by effectively managing the clients and third - party suppliers, ensuring all sites are properly supervised and the cleaning standards are maintained to the highest level. Ensuring health and safety is always adhered to, the correct equipment is supplied and maintained, and the contracts run in accordance with the client service level agreement. Duties of a Regional Contract Manager To ensure all sites are regulary audited and non - conformities corrected where possible immediately or clear plan implemented with the clients agreement Managment of supervisors and responsibility for all cleaning staff To promote a safety culture and ensure the cleaning team are aware of and operate in accordance with company and client Health & Safety procedures at all times To manage the cleaning labour, equipment and resources budget for all contracts along with support from head of operations and in line with company targets Ensure all wages are completed in a timely manner Hold regular contract and specification review meetings with clients Attending new client site meetings, mobilise new contracts, liasing with relevant bodies regarding TUPE transfer with support from head of operations To ensure the cleaning operation continually improves in all areas of the operation - Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety To ensure the supervisors are engaged and managed effectively to achieve their performance targets Conduct regular 1-2-1's To be proactive with new and innovative ideas to improve customer eperience Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and ensure all ISO requirements are completed As a Regional Contract Manager, youll have Excellent people management skills with ability to communicate effectively at all levels Good numerical and written skills Experience with managing a clean operational team in a commercial environment Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to forward plan and work under pressure Working knowledge of Health and Safety systems in the cleaning industry Experience working with Schools and commercial clients Understanding of TUPE, Safeguarding and DBS Hold a full clean driving license and be able to travel to sites Full UK driving license is essential for this role Working Hours - 9am till 5pm however you will be required to be flexible and work outside of these working hours At Ideal Employment, we are committed to building a diverse workforce and are proud to be an equal opportunities employer.
