About the Role
As a Data & Exams Manager, you will:
* Manage and develop the school’s MIS and data systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability of all academic and assessment data.
* Produce clear, accurate, and timely reports to support teaching, learning, and whole-school decision-making.
* Oversee the organisation, preparation, and delivery of internal and external examinations.
* Work closely with staff, pupils, leaders, and wider stakeholders to ensure effective communication and high-quality data processes.
* Support the school’s wider business operations by delivering an efficient and responsive service.
* Contribute to creating an outstanding learning environment through highly effective data and administrative systems.
About You
We are looking for a Data & Exams Manager who:
* Has 5 A–C / 9–5 GCSEs including English and Maths*.
* Has experience managing and developing school MIS software such as SIMS, Bromcom, or Arbor.
* Has experience producing accurate data for reporting and assessment.
* Is confident using Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access, as well as databases and Explorer.
* Demonstrates excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, work efficiently, and meet deadlines under pressure.
* Is a strong communicator who can build positive relationships across the school and wider community.
* Delivers outstanding customer service and thrives as part of a committed team.
* Is adaptable, proactive, and able to use their own initiative.
