Reablement - Empowering Independence
Become a pivotal member of our Reablement Team and have a positive impact on individuals' lives post-hospitalisation, and rebuild confidence. Our goal is to support people to be as independent as possible. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide professional support, train team members, and act as an expert advisor on equipment and decision-making. You will conduct strengths-based assessments and design innovative reablement plans tailored to individual needs, encouraging independence and minimising long-term care needs.
With the autonomy to manage your time and schedule, you'll be able to provide bespoke care to individuals in your diverse caseload, ensuring their unique needs are met with compassion and expertise.
Responsibilities
* Provide professional support as an Occupational Therapist, train team members, and act as an expert advisor on equipment and decision-making.
* Conduct strengths-based assessments and design innovative reablement plans tailored to individual needs, encouraging independence and minimising long-term care needs.
* Deliver bespoke care to individuals in a diverse caseload with compassion and expertise, managing your time and schedule effectively.
Requirements
* Occupational Therapy qualification with a minimum of two years post-qualification experience.
* Valid full UK driver’s license (essential for visits to clients in their homes or other settings, such as hospitals).

This position comes with a 12.5% market supplement payment. All market supplement payments are subject to review on an annual basis.
