Market Intelligence Coordinator
WHAT IS ON OFFER
Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity for a Market Intelligence Coordinator to join our team in Liverpool, UK. In this hands-on role, you will contribute to the development of both quantitative and qualitative market intelligence and competitor insights, focusing on the company’s key business regions: UK/Europe, Americas, Africa, and Asia Pacific.
As a vital part of the team, you will support Market Intelligence Analysts by gathering external and internal data, analysing and organising it, and ensuring it is readily accessible for effective market analysis and report creation. You will coordinate market intelligence efforts, enabling analysts to gain a comprehensive understanding of the market while actively contributing to the monitoring and reporting of key industry, regulatory, competitive, and market trends.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential
1. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
2. Strong proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, coding, and data modelling
3. Advanced proficiency in Python or similar tools for data processing and analysis
4. Data-driven and skilled in collecting, organising, analysing, and disseminating large volumes of data with a strong focus on detail and accuracy
5. Demonstrates critical thinking by evaluating and challenging the reliability and accuracy of data sources
Required Competencies
6. Presentation skills
7. Team player with the ability to work independently and on their own initiative
8. Highly collaborative, self-motivated and driven to succeed and make a difference
9. Ambitious and growth-oriented, committed to skill development and advancing into a Market Analyst role
10. Demonstrable agility in a fast-paced, pressured environment
11. Have a proactive approach
12. Skilled in data visualisation with tools such as Power BI, Tableau or other data visualisation tools
13. Skilled in conducting market research
Desirable Work Experience
14. 1-2 years experience in a similar role is desirable
Required Qualifications
15. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics or Data science is preferred
Travel
16. Travel to operation sites of AHK around the world or local offices might be required on an ad-hoc basis
