Overview
Trainee Car Sales Executive – Location: Abingdon. Salary: Competitive basic salary + commission. OTE: £30,000 - £40,000. Hours: Full-time, including weekends on a rota.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming customers and understanding their vehicle needs
* Learning to present new and used vehicles in a professional manner
* Carrying out vehicle demonstrations and test drives
* Building rapport and long-term customer relationships
* Handling enquiries in person, online, and over the phone
* Supporting the sales team with administration and follow-up
* Learning finance, insurance, and compliance processes (FCA)
* Working towards individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For

* Strong communication and listening skills
* A desire to earn commission and progress in sales
* Reliable, punctual, and professional
* Full UK driving licence
* Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not essential
