Provide a professional and high-quality document management service; responsible for controlling the receipt, management, and transfer of all information on Agratas. All activities are conducted in accordance with project team, contract, and client requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety processes to promote a safety-first culture throughout all activities.
* Manage the project Document Management System(s), including uploading, downloading, printing, collating, distributing, and maintaining all data accurately, in line with internal and external requirements. Ensure documentation is properly receipted, checked, monitored, registered, and distributed to the project team, client team, supply chain, and contractors.
* Provide professional administrative support to team members to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
* Lead a team of document controllers and/or assistants as needed, developing and implementing procedures and guidance to deliver exemplary DM services.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with the client team, supply chain, project team, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of document management systems.
* Provide regular progress reports on document status, including drawings issued, RFI/TQ registers, and technical submission statuses, as required by the project or contract.
* Maintain confidentiality and secure storage of documentation and drawings, adhering to company and project security standards.
