Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for B2B and B2C SaaS products within the UK BFSI landscape.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through targeted outreach to banks, credit unions, FinTech's, insurance providers, and consumer segments.
* Lead the full sales cycle—prospecting, product demonstrations, proposal development, negotiations, and closing deals for both enterprise and consumer-facing solutions.
* Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell to existing clients in both B2B and B2C channels.
* Establish relationships with key stakeholders including CIOs, CMOs, Heads of Digital, Compliance Officers, and Product Managers.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to shape product messaging and market positioning for B2B institutions and B2C user segments.
* Drive awareness and adoption through partnerships, events, webinars, and industry forums.
* Track and report key performance metrics including pipeline development, deal conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
* 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, with a minimum of 2+ years in BFSI and SaaS, covering both B2B and B2C.
* Proven success in selling SaaS products to financial institutions and/or consumer markets in London.
* Deep understanding of the London banking ecosystem, consumer finance trends, and regulatory environment.
* Ability to articulate technical product offerings to both enterprise decision-makers and end-users.
* Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
