Customer Service Pay: Salaries starting from £24,781. Customer Service Role: Support passengers by assisting with journey planning, ticketing, and railcards. Delivering updates on train times and service disruptions, and handling enquiries or complaints professionally. Managing ticket sales, refunds, and compensation claims. Offer assistance to passengers who require extra support and ensure accessibility and excellent customer care. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming station environment through routine cleaning, waste management, hazard reporting, and safety checks.
