About The Role
As an Automation Engineer you will work within the Cloud Engineering team to develop, implement and support automated solutions and applications across the organisation. Your work will help streamline processes, enhance client service and advance SPW’s strategic goals.
Key Focus
Supporting, monitoring, and maintaining Power Automate solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Monitoring and managing Power Automate flows to ensure reliability and performance
* Responding to incidents and applying minor configuration changes
* Maintaining documentation and operational inventories
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve issues
* Supporting the development of our Automation Centre of Excellence Platform
Technical Experience
* Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform for automation and process improvement
* Understanding of MS365 tools (Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business)
* Exposure to Office Engineering (Telemetry, Add‑On management & governance)
* Experience or interest in scripting/coding (PowerShell, Power Platform, GraphAPI, JSON, Terraform)
* Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
* Enthusiasm for process improvement using Automation and AI
Skills & Attributes

* Willingness to develop incident management and resolution skills
* Strong problem‑solving mindset and stakeholder engagement
