Typical responsibilities:
* Resolving desktop and server incidents, updating incidents in the ticket system
* Installing and configuring computers, servers, and peripherals
* User account administration within Active Directory
* Ownership of PC & Laptop builds
* Providing customer service and maintaining relations
Requirements:
* Configuring PCs & Laptops to standard specifications
* Support for Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
* Experience with Windows 7 and 10 in an AD domain environment
* Proficiency with MS Office (2013, 2016)
* Knowledge of Active Directory
