This infrastructure scheme is essential and requires dedicated professionals comfortable with a structured rotation schedule. This role is ideal for operatives looking for stable work, high earning potential, and a complete accommodation package provided by the client. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate must be competent and flexible across core groundwork and civils tasks: Groundworks: Deep drainage, utility trenching, kerbing, and final finishing works. Plant Operation: Competency in operating 360 Excavators (above 10t) and/or Large Dumpers (ADT) is highly advantageous. Formwork & Concrete: Assisting and performing FRC (Formwork, Rebar, Concrete) tasks for foundations, retaining walls, and abutments.
