Clymac’s Commissioning Coordinators

Are proactive and highly organised individual to support our operations team in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This varied role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth coordination of field-based engineers and the efficient management of service-related administration.

* Engineer Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule engineers for service visits and installations, ensuring optimal use of resources and adherence to SLAs.
* Job Completion Management: Oversee the administration of job completion certificates, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
* Database Administration: Maintain and update internal systems and databases to ensure data integrity and operational efficiency.
* Invoicing: Support the finance team by preparing and processing customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
* Remote Monitoring Setup: Facilitate the setup of remote monitoring services for customers, ensuring all technical and administrative steps are completed.
* Customer Documentation: Distribute system user manuals and related documentation to customers, ensuring they are well-informed on system operation.
* Alarm Reporting: Manage and monitor intruder false alarm reports, taking appropriate action and maintaining detailed records.
* Engineer Stock Management: Assist in the tracking and management of engineer stock levels to ensure availability of parts and minimise downtime.

* At least 2 years’ experience in a Scheduling / Planning / Coordinating role.
* Experience of Scheduling Field based colleagues, such as Engineers would be an ideal background, however, other similar industry experience would definitely be considered and welcomed
* Proactive approach to management of workload.
* Clear communicator with good telephone manner with colleagues and customers
