Keighley College is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Campus MIS Support Officer to provide effective support within a busy educational setting. Main Responsibilities
* Support the delivery of effective campus MIS and administrative services, including systems, student records, timetabling, resourcing, and registry functions.
* Assist the School Administration and Customer Service Team Leader with organising and allocating MIS and administrative workloads across the team.
* Work closely with curriculum managers and academic staff to support the smooth delivery of MIS and administrative services across the campus.
* Manage day-to-day curriculum administration, including handling enquiries, producing correspondence, and responding to face-to-face and written queries.
Essential Skills
* Literacy and numeracy qualifications at Level 2 or above
* Strong decision-making ability with sound judgement
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly developed problem-solving skills
