This is a fantastic opportunity to support a senior fee-earner on high-quality, complex matters, gaining valuable hands-on experience and continuing to develop your legal career. The Role Will Involve
* Supporting a fee-earner in the running of live files and all aspects of conveyancing transactions
* Handling pre- and post-completion tasks
* Preparing reports on title, mortgages, and search results (under supervision)
* Raising and reviewing enquiries on title and contract packs, searches, and surveys
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
* Drafting financial statements and invoices
* Managing administrative duties and maintaining internal systems
What were looking for:
* Previous experience in a conveyancing or Real Estate role within a legal environment
* A solid understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines
* A team player with strong communication skills and commercial awareness
* Relevant legal qualifications are beneficial
