Overview
As an Early Years Administrator, you will lead parent outreach initiatives, supporting the manager with new nursery places, extra sessions, and booking changes. You will assist parents with financial queries and solutions, and coordinate monthly invoice runs, invoice debt, funding tasks, and manage payment plans. When required, you will also support the nursery manager with ad hoc administrative tasks and reports.
Responsibilities
* Lead parent outreach initiatives and support the manager with new nursery places, extra sessions, and booking changes
* Assist parents with financial queries and solutions
* Coordinate monthly invoice runs, invoice debt, funding tasks, and manage payment plans
* Support the nursery manager with ad hoc administrative tasks and reports when required
Qualifications
* Previous experience within an administrative role
* Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service
* Ability to resolve customer issues and make independent decisions
* Strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry
* Great communication skills, with colleagues, children, and parents
