Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Manager for a Local Authority Client in Southwest London. In this role, you will manage residents' concerns, tenancies and support individuals to improve their lives while building stronger, inclusive communities. Duties: Manage tenancies, including rent recovery, mutual exchanges, and tenancy compliance. Handle safeguarding, anti-social behaviour, and support for victims of domestic abuse. Maintain accurate records and case notes using the NEC (Northgate) system. Work with residents to promote inclusion, wellbeing, and positive lifestyle changes. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Proven experience in tenancy management and housing legislation. Handling rent recovery, safeguarding, and anti-social behaviour cases. Supporting residents facing domestic abuse or other personal challenges. Delivering excellent customer service and working collaboratively with teams and partners.
