You'll also play a key role in fire safety compliance, safeguarding, and responding to estate emergencies, all while ensuring residents are linked to the right services and support. You'll be a strong communicator, confident in taking action, making decisions, and representing the council in court, tribunals, and multi-agency meetings. You'll also contribute to minimising void rent loss, helping residents move into the right homes, and improving our housing services through your frontline insight.
