Responsibilities
- Lead the team to deliver a great customer experience in‑store.
- Act as the main contact for day‑to‑day operational queries.
- Build positive, inclusive relationships that enable colleagues to perform at their best.
- Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
- Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
- Coach colleagues, give feedback and model excellent service.
- Stay curious and seek opportunities to serve customers, communities, and the planet better every day.
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Evidence of experience in a team‑lead or management role within a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Strong role‑modeling and passion for delivering exceptional service with a focus on meeting every customer’s needs.
- Ability to build lasting, inclusive relationships that support a positive team environment.
- Clear communicator using multiple channels to keep the team well informed.
- Natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to achieve outstanding results.
- Willingness to discuss flexible working arrangements.
Benefits and Pay
Pay starts at £15.59 per hour and can rise to £16.86 in-store within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. A minimum of 16 hours per week is guaranteed, with part‑time roles available from 12 hours.
