Were seeking a proactive and experienced Supervisor to join our Highway Maintenance clients. * Lead and manage a team of operatives performing routine highway maintenance
* Oversee the delivery of the Winter Gritting Service
* Plan and schedule maintenance works efficiently
* Coordinate the procurement of materials and plant equipment
* Participate in the out-of-hours call-out supervision rota
* Collaborate with fellow supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery for local authority clients
* Flexibility to work day or night shifts as required

Requirements for Highways Supervisor
* Previous experience in local authority highway works is desirable but not essential
* Valid SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certification
* Relevant Traffic Management qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence
