HR/ People Business Partner
Very senior position will be to join their HR team which consists of: CPO, Senior HR BP & HR Generalist
Will be a fixed term contract for 6 months with a view to switch permanent (annual salary)
£55K annual salary
Based 4 days in Potters Bar and 1-day WFH
* Will mainly be dealing with their employer relation cases – if people are unhappy with various things in the business (resolving this etc)
* Will then eventually pick up change management skills (helping scope & change the business)
* Ideally need to have strategy (change management) and employee relations experience
* Need to be confident, collaborative, confident, resilient and have a strong backbone that’s happy to help.
* Need someone with 3-5 years’ experience but someone who can still progress
* Need someone ASAP
* Will be a 2 stage interview process
