The Role |
As a Front of House Manager, you will be a leader passionate about creating a positive environment for guests and staff. You will support continuous coaching and development of your team, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.
We are looking for someone who:
* Is passionate about supporting and developing their team to maintain high standards
* Has experience in shift planning and management, ensuring proper staffing and team coaching
* Understands managing labour, rotas, and the financial performance of the restaurant
* Loves celebrating success and recognizing individual drivers and needs
