Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (x3)

Contract Type: Contract (Minimum 12 months, 3-year project scope)
Start Date: Immediate
Working Pattern: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote
Project Overview
We are seeking three experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to support a major 400kV National Grid infrastructure scheme in Suffolk. This is a long-term opportunity on a high-profile project with excellent on-site facilities and nearby accommodation available.
Key Responsibilities
* Commercial management of works on a 400kV National Grid scheme
* Administration and management of NEC contracts (Options C and E)
* Cost forecasting, reporting, and value management
* Assessment and management of variations and change control
* Subcontractor procurement and management
* Risk and opportunity management
* Supporting project delivery teams to ensure commercial success
* Requirements
o Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure or energy projects
o Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts, particularly Options C and E
o Experience working on National Grid or similar high-voltage projects (desirable)
o Excellent commercial and contractual awareness
o Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
